Share Information IFPE

By means of this document, I expressly instruct Clip AI, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution (“Clip AI”), to share with PayClip, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries (“PayClip”), the information and documentation that I provide and/or that is generated as a result of the use of my account, including but not limited to my identification data, including personal and sensitive information, my transactional data and behavior data associated with my account.

The foregoing is for the purpose of: (i) enabling my balance to be viewed in different applications, (ii) facilitating the receipt and sending of money, (iii) developing risk models and preventing fraud, (iv) reconciling and validating transactions, (v) offering and granting credit and other products, (vi) facilitating customer care and service, (vii) carrying out enrollment, identity verification and onboarding processes, as well as completing, updating and keeping my know-your-customer (“KYC”) file, (viii) delivering physical prizes or other incentives associated with promotional programs, and (ix) any other purposes that Clip AI may notify me from time to time for the operation of my account.

I acknowledge and accept that this instruction entails a transfer of my personal and sensitive data, including financial and asset-related data, between entities of the same corporate group, and that the processing of my data by PayClip will be subject to the provisions of its corresponding Privacy Notice.

Likewise, I state that I grant this consent freely, in an informed and specific manner, and that I am aware that I may revoke this consent or exercise my ARCO Rights before Clip AI and PayClip, pursuant to the provisions of their respective Privacy Notices.
