TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “ONE GOAL, ONE PRIZE” CAMPAIGN

By means of this document, the Participant is informed of the Terms and Conditions of use governing the operation of the campaign identified as “One Goal, One Prize” (the “Campaign”).
Participants are responsible for carefully reading these Terms and Conditions, which may be subject to future amendments; therefore, Participants shall be required to periodically review the current version.
If, at any time, Participants disagree, in whole or in part, with these Terms and Conditions or any amendments thereto, they must refrain from participating in the Campaign.
Participants who access and make use of the Campaign, as well as the services or tools made available to them by Clip Cartera Digital, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Clip Cartera Digital”), agree that the activities carried out shall be governed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable laws and regulations in force.
Clip Cartera Digital reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend the rules of the Campaign at any time, in which case it shall make such amendments publicly available through the same channels through which the Campaign is published.
The Campaign is organized exclusively by Clip Cartera Digital and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or officially associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any federation, confederation, league, club, national team, or any of their affiliates, sponsors, licensees, or rights holders.
FIRST.- Definitions
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Application: The mobile and/or web application called “Mi Clip,” through which services related to the Digital Wallet are provided and through which the Campaign will be made available.
Campaign: The promotional campaign called “One Goal, One Prize,” organized by Clip Cartera Digital in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Digital Wallet: The set of functionalities provided by Clip Cartera Digital through the Application, which allow the User to carry out transactions such as bill payments, top-ups, QR code payments, and any other functions that may be enabled from time to time, in accordance with the then-current Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions.
Clip AI: Clip AI, S.A. de C.V., Institución de Fondos de Pago Electrónico, the financial entity responsible for the issuance, operation, and account levels of the electronic payment funds associated, where applicable, with the use of the Digital Wallet, whose terms and conditions apply independently.
Digital Wallet Account: The User’s record within the Application, through which the User may access and use the Digital Wallet and, where applicable, participate in the Campaign.
Clip AI Account: The electronic payment funds account that the User maintains with Clip AI, subject to such entity’s terms and conditions and applicable regulation.
Eligible Mobile Top-Up: A mobile top-up made by a User through the Application in an amount equal to or greater than MXN $50.00, once a Valid Goal has occurred and provided that these Terms and Conditions are met.
Eligible New User: A User who, at the time the relevant Valid Goal occurs, (i) has not previously completed any successful transaction through the Digital Wallet; and (ii) has an account age of no more than thirty (30) calendar days counted from the User’s registration in the Application.
Valid Goal: Any goal scored during an official match of the 2026 international national team football tournament, referred to in these Terms and Conditions solely for descriptive and operational purposes, provided that such goal is recognized as valid in public records, authorized broadcasts, or official results sources reasonably used by Clip Cartera Digital.
Prize: A cap, a jersey, and an official ball relating to Mexican football for each Winning User, subject to model, design, inventory availability, third-party restrictions, and commercial availability. Any depiction of any prize in promotional materials shall be for illustrative purposes only.
User: An individual who registers in the Application, holds a Digital Wallet Account, and complies with the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions in order to participate in the Campaign.
User with Prior Transactions: A User who, at the time the relevant Valid Goal occurs, has completed at least one (1) prior successful transaction through the Digital Wallet.
Valid Participation: Either of the following eligible transactions performed after a Valid Goal: (a) for an Eligible New User, an account funding via SPEI in an amount equal to or greater than MXN $50.00; or (b) for a User with Prior Transactions, an Eligible Mobile Top-Up in an amount equal to or greater than MXN $50.00.
Winning User: With respect to each Valid Goal, the Winning Users shall be: (a) each of the first ten (10) Eligible New Users who make a Valid Participation consisting of an account funding via SPEI of at least MXN $50.00; and (b) each of the first ten (10) Users with Prior Transactions who make a Valid Participation consisting of an Eligible Mobile Top-Up of at least MXN $50.00, provided that, in both cases, they are confirmed by Clip Cartera Digital in accordance with its internal records.
SECOND.- Participants, conditions, and mechanics of the Campaign
a) Participants
The Campaign is addressed exclusively to Digital Wallet Users who have the “Mi Clip” Application installed, hold a Digital Wallet Account and, where applicable, an active electronic payment funds account with Clip AI, depending on the functionality used within the Application.
b) Participation conditions
In order to participate in the Campaign, the User must, after a Valid Goal, perform the transaction corresponding to their eligibility category:
(a) if the User is an Eligible New User, an account funding via SPEI of at least MXN $50.00; or (b) if the User is a User with Prior Transactions, a mobile top-up of at least MXN $50.00, in both cases through the channels enabled within the Application.
c) Campaign mechanics
During the term of the Campaign, for each Valid Goal scored by the Mexican men’s national football team in the 2026 international men’s national team football tournament, referred to in these Terms and Conditions solely for descriptive and operational purposes, the first twenty (20) Users who make a Valid Participation after such Valid Goal may become winners.
For each Valid Goal, the following may become winners:
(a) the first ten (10) Eligible New Users who, after such Valid Goal occurs, make an account funding via SPEI of at least MXN $50.00; and
(b) the first ten (10) Users with Prior Transactions who, after such Valid Goal occurs, make a mobile top-up of at least MXN $50.00, provided that in both cases they meet all requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
The mere making of a mobile top-up does not guarantee receipt of the Prize, as it is subject to validation, eligibility, availability, and the chronological order of participation.
(i) each Valid Goal shall generate an independent promotional event;
(ii) each event shall have two independent participation and Prize allocation categories;
(iii) the applicable category of each User shall be determined exclusively based on Clip Cartera Digital’s internal records, considering the User’s status immediately before the relevant Valid Goal occurred;
(iv) ranking shall be determined separately within each category based on the applicable timestamps; and
(v) if fewer than ten (10) valid participations are received in a category, only those users in that category who actually comply and are validated shall be entitled to a prize.
Clip Cartera Digital may determine, based on its records, the official time from which each promotional event derived from a Valid Goal shall begin to be counted.
THIRD.- Prize, nature, and delivery conditions
Each Winning User shall be entitled to receive one (1) Prize.
The Prize:
- Is not cumulative, transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash, balance, cashback, electronic payment funds, vouchers, coupons, or any other goods or services.
- Is subject to inventory, size, model, design, and color availability.
- May be substituted by Clip Cartera Digital with an equivalent promotional item of similar or greater value in the event of unavailability, logistical impossibility, or causes beyond Clip Cartera Digital’s control.
- Does not include any additional expenses not expressly assumed by Clip Cartera Digital.
- Does not include tickets, access, hospitality, experiences, broadcasts, guaranteed official merchandise, or any other benefit related to the 2026 international men’s national team football tournament other than the expressly stated Prize.
FOURTH.- Validation, notification, and delivery of the Prize
The determination of Winning Users shall be subject to validation by Clip Cartera Digital.
Clip Cartera Digital may contact potential Winning Users through any contact channel registered by it, including the Application, push notification, email, telephone call, or any other electronic means.
For delivery of the Prize, Clip Cartera Digital may request from the Winning User such information or documentation as may be reasonably necessary to validate their identity, eligibility, delivery address, and acceptance of the Prize.
If a potential Winning User:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not respond within the 30-day period notified by Clip Cartera Digital;
- Rejects the Prize;
- Provides false, incomplete, or inaccurate information; or
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions,
Clip Cartera Digital may disqualify such person and assign the Prize to the next eligible User according to the corresponding chronological order of Valid Participation.
Validation, contact, and delivery times may vary due to operational, logistical, inventory, reconciliation, or third-party intervention reasons, without this implying any additional liability for Clip Cartera Digital beyond that established under applicable law.
FIFTH.- Restrictions and grounds for exclusion
The following shall not be eligible:
(a) account funding via SPEI below MXN $50.00 where the User seeks to participate as an Eligible New User;
(b) mobile top-ups below MXN $50.00 where the User seeks to participate as a User with Prior Transactions;
(c) mobile top-ups made by Users who do not qualify as Users with Prior Transactions at the time the relevant Valid Goal occurs.
(d) account funding via SPEI made by Users who do not qualify as Eligible New Users at the time the relevant Valid Goal occurs; and
(e) Users with no prior transactions whose account age in the Application exceeds thirty (30) calendar days at the time the relevant Valid Goal occurs.
Transactions that, in Clip Cartera Digital’s judgment, are deemed fraudulent, unusual, suspicious, or carried out for the purpose of improperly obtaining the Prize shall not be eligible.
For purposes of this Campaign, only one (1) Prize may be granted per User and per mobile device during the term of the Campaign. Accordingly, if Clip Cartera Digital detects that the same device has been used to register, access, or participate through two or more different accounts, such participations may be deemed ineligible and Clip Cartera Digital may deny or cancel delivery of the corresponding Prize.
Cases in which the same mobile device, payment method, contact detail, address, or other identifying element is used irregularly to participate through multiple accounts shall not be eligible.
Clip Cartera Digital may deny, cancel, or reverse the assignment of the Prize upon detecting any of the foregoing situations, without prejudice to any additional legal actions that may apply.
Users who were winners in the immediately preceding week’s promotion may not participate in this activity or be considered Winning Users.
SIXTH.- Advertising, communications, and use of third-party assets
Any communication, dissemination, advertising, activation, graphic piece, copy, claim, hashtag, landing page, notification, or material related to the Campaign shall be construed exclusively as a promotion of Clip Cartera Digital.
Under no circumstances may the Campaign, its materials, or its promotional mechanisms be construed as being sponsored, authorized, endorsed, or licensed by third-party rights holders related to the 2026 international men’s national team football tournament.
Clip Cartera Digital may, at any time and at its sole discretion, adjust, withdraw, replace, or reject advertising pieces, messages, designs, references, hashtags, visuals, or materials linked to the Campaign whenever it considers that they may imply a legal, regulatory, reputational, or intellectual property risk, or when they may create confusion regarding a non-existent official relationship.
The Campaign does not authorize Users to use third-party trademarks, logos, emblems, tickets, official images, protected hashtags, or any other third-party assets in connection with their participation, nor to make public statements suggesting sponsorship, representation, partnership, authorization, or any official relationship whatsoever between Clip Cartera Digital and the 2026 international men’s national team football tournament.
SEVENTH.- Relationship with other terms and conditions
Participation in the Campaign is subject, in addition to these specific Terms and Conditions, to the Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, to the terms and conditions governing the Clip AI Account, all of which form an integral part of the contractual relationship with the User.
In the event of any discrepancy between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail, except where otherwise expressly permitted under applicable regulation.
EIGHTH.- Term
The Campaign shall be valid from July 11, 2026 until the conclusion of the international men’s football tournament concludes its participation, or until Clip Cartera Digital determines its early termination in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Clip Cartera Digital may modify the term or terminate the Campaign early by informing the User through the Application and/or by electronic means.
NINTH.- Amendments and cancellation
Clip Cartera Digital may amend, update, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, in whole or in part, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time, by informing the User through the Application or other electronic means.
The User’s continued participation in the Campaign after the publication of any amendments shall imply tacit acceptance thereof.
TENTH.- Confidentiality
The User undertakes to keep confidential any information received from Clip Cartera Digital by any means that is considered confidential under the applicable laws of the United Mexican States, and not to share it with any person or entity, except as permitted by applicable law and Clip Cartera Digital’s Privacy Notice.
ELEVENTH.- Intellectual property
The User acknowledges that they shall have no rights whatsoever over the trademarks, trade names, designs, logos, patents, or any other industrial or intellectual property rights owned by Clip Cartera Digital or by third parties related to the Campaign.
Any descriptive references to the football context shall be made solely for narrative, chronological, or operational purposes of the Campaign and shall not imply authorization to use trademarks, logos, emblems, tickets, official images, protected hashtags, or any other third-party assets. Clip Cartera Digital grants the User no rights whatsoever over such elements and does not guarantee that the Prize constitutes official merchandise of any third party.
TWELFTH.- Miscellaneous
Any unlawful act or attempt thereof, as well as any breach of these Terms and Conditions, shall result in the User not being considered for the Campaign, without the possibility of re-entering it.
Clip Cartera Digital may verify any unlawful act, attempted unlawful act, or breach by any means it deems appropriate.
The Participant releases Clip Cartera Digital, its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and associates from any and all liability in connection with any claim arising from misuse of the Campaign or breach of these Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise expressly established by applicable law.
THIRTEENTH.- Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the United Mexican States.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, their existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or performance shall be submitted to the applicable laws and to the competent courts of Mexico City.
For the interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, Clip Cartera Digital and the Participant expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
